The company undertakes to abide by the national laws and regulations on labor, health and safety, environment, ethics and other social responsibilities, as well as internationally recognized relevant standards and other applicable industry standards and international conventions. According to industry standards, the company formulates company policies, production processes and working environment in line with labor conditions, health and safety, environmental safety and ethics, and continuously improves working conditions and employee welfare. The company makes the following commitments in four aspects of labor policy, health and safety, environmental protection and ethics, and requires all departments of the company to strictly implement them:


     1、 Labor policy
     1.Free choice of occupation

Do not use forced, mortgaged (including debt repayment), contractual bondage or involuntary prison labor, and do not enslave or sell labor. Employees are forbidden to pay (deposit) or deposit ID card in the company when they are employed. Employees are willing to work overtime.

2.Prohibition of child labor

It is strictly prohibited to employ or support the employment of workers under the legal age. At the time of recruitment, it is required to be at least 16 years old. The company shall not arrange employees under the age of 18 to engage in work that may endanger the health or safety of minors。

3.Working hours

The company shall comply with the industrial standard working hours under the applicable laws and regulations. Employees shall not be required to work longer than the normal and overtime time limits allowed by local laws. Employees are willing to work overtime, and all overtime work shall be paid extra remuneration in accordance with the regulations.

4.Wages and benefits

The salary provided by the company to employees in accordance with local laws and regulations shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. The composition of the salary shall be clearly listed through the document system. Employees shall be given corresponding leave, working hours salary, overtime pay and insurance in strict accordance with the laws and regulations.

5.Humane treatment

Do not treat workers cruelly and inhumanely, and prohibit any form of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical oppression, verbal abuse and threat of violence against employees.

6.Prohibition of discrimination

The company shall not engage in or support any discriminatory behavior based on race, social class, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender orientation, union membership or political relationship based on the personal ability and post needs of employees in matters such as employment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, work arrangement (including overtime), dismissal, etc.

7.Freedom of association and the right of collective negotiation

All employees have the right to form, participate in and organize the trade union of their choice, and conduct collective negotiation with the company on behalf of the employees. The company respects this right of the employees. The employees can freely join the organization of their choice and do so without any adverse consequences or retaliation from the company. The company will not interfere with the establishment, operation or management of such workers' organizations or collective bargaining. Union and employee representatives are not discriminated against, harassed, coerced or retaliated against, and have access to union members in the workplace.



二、Health and safety

1.Occupational safety, public and industrial health

Strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, effectively control safety and health risk sources, and provide a healthy and safe working and living environment for employees. Ensure that the drinking water, health facilities, fire safety, lighting and ventilation in the workplace meet the requirements of laws and regulations, and take appropriate measures on the basis of complying with laws and regulations to minimize the risk factors in the working environment, and conduct regular health inspection and training.

2.Emergency response

The company shall establish safety organization structure and emergency response teams, formulate various safety emergency plans, and regularly train relevant personnel on safety knowledge and emergency plans. Fire fighting facilities and equipment shall be equipped according to the requirements of laws and regulations, and emergency plan drills shall be conducted regularly to ensure the effectiveness of the plan.



三、Environmental protection

1.Comply with regulations and save resources

Strictly abide by the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, obtain all necessary environmental permits, approval documents and registration certificates, maintain and regularly update them, dispose of solid wastes legally and control the use of hazardous chemicals. strengthen the investment in energy conservation and emission reduction and technological transformation of enterprises, make reasonable planning and systematic management, and ensure that all environmental indicators are within the scope of laws and regulations.

Actively eliminate backward production equipment and processes, actively implement cleaner production, improve the comprehensive utilization of resources, and reduce pollutant emissions. Formulate scientific and feasible emergency plans for environmental emergencies and organize emergency drills to ensure environmental safety。

2.Green product

Strictly abide by all applicable laws and regulations concerning prohibition or restriction of specific substances and customer requirements, strictly control the material procurement and production process, and ensure that the products meet the requirements of green environmental protection.



四、Moral
The company always follows the laws and regulations of the country where the business is conducted, business operation mode, customs, etc. When the ethics, customs, laws and regulations of these countries conflict with the company's philosophy, the company will seek to keep consistent with the company's ethics. The company establishes and implements the code of business conduct and ethics, provides ways for employees to report violations of the code, and develops a communication process to ensure the confidentiality of the information reported to employees without fear of retaliation.

5.Do not use conflict minerals

The company has a supplier management policy to ensure, to the extent reasonably possible, that tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold are not included in the products purchased and that it does not directly or indirectly fund or benefit from armed groups that violate human rights in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its surrounding countries. By entering into a no use conflict minerals assurance agreement with suppliers, control the source and chain of custody implementation of their suppliers, and ensure that specific measures for due diligence are provided to customers upon request.
